DATE: 23 SEPTEMBER 2015 P.C. :- 1] In pursuance of order dated 16 September 2015, the applicant has today handed over two demand drafts i.e. demand draft in an amount of Rs.90,000/- which represents arrears and separate demand draft in an amount of Rs.10,000/- which represents the costs. The demand drafts have been handed over to Mr. Ayyub Abdul Karim Shaikh - the respondent no. 2 in the main CRA. He has accepted the same without prejudice to his rights and contentions in the CRA.

2] In view of the aforesaid, the interim relief which was granted in the main CRA is hereby restored. The restoration and continuance of the interim relief is no doubt, subject to the applicant complying with the direction with regard to payment of monthly rental of Rs.3,000/- per month by the applicant to the respondent no. 2. The applicant is permitted to hand over or send the crossed demand draft in an amount of Rs.3,000/- per month in favour of the respondent no. 2, to the learned counsel appearing for the respondent no. 2. This shall have to be done on or before 10th day of every month as directed earlier.
