The Applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No. 35 of 2018 for an offence punishable under Sections 307, 323, 504, 506, 427, 143, 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 4(25) of the Arms Act, Section 37(1) read with Section 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act and Section 7 of Criminal Law Amendment Act. Pursuant to arrest dated 18th January 2018, the Applicant is already chargesheeted. 2.

There is a discovery of weapon and eye-witness to the incident in question attributing the role in conformity with what has been stated in the complaint.

The victim has suffered grievous injury. That being so, there is evidence to prima facie conclude that the Applicant is involved in the crime in question.

As such, the Application stands rejected.

Liberty to apply afresh in case if the charge is not framed within one year.
