Almost more than six years have passed after the bail was granted to respondent No.2. I have perused the order dated 21st March, 2014, the learned Judge has taken into consideration the submissions of both the sides. It was observed that the prosecution has secured and attached many properties in the said case. The house of respondent No.2 was attached. Row house, which is in the process of acquisition was also attached. Investigating is completed and charge-sheet was filed. There are 77 witnesses. Further custody of the accused is not necessary. In the light of the observation of the Special Court, I do not find any reason to interfere in the impugned order.
ORDER
