Patil has declined to take up the Appeal, as per the general standing order issued by the Hon'ble the Chief Justice, the Appeal and Application is placed before this Bench. Judicial notice will have to be taken of the fact that 8 or 10 years old Criminal Appeals pertaining to the assignment of the Division Bench are pending. Therefore, no priority can be given to the hearing of the Appeal of the year 2015. Application is rejected.
