ORDER

(i) Rule is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (1) which reads thus :- "(1) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to quash the proceedings in the crime no.03 of 2006 of Versova Police Station and pass such other and further order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deed fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

(ii) All concerned to act upon an authenticated copy of this order.
