The Petitioner has filed this Petition stating that the Petitioner is the owner of the house property and next to his house, the house of Respondent No.4 is situated. It is case of the Petitioner that Respondent No.4 has encroached upon the open space between the Petitioner's house and house of Respondent No.4. When the wife of the Petitioner resisted, she was abused. There are some complaints by RAJESHWARI SUBODH KARVE Date:

2022.10.21 19:47:26 +0530 RAJESHWARI SUBODH KARVE pending between the parties. The genesis of the dispute is ultimately a private dispute between the Petitioner and Respondent No.4 more appropriately to be decided in a civil suit.

The prayer in the Petition is that representation made to the Authorities be decided. The representation made by the Petitioner would be considered by the Authorities as per law, after following due procedure and after giving opportunity to the Respondent No.4, expeditiously.
