By virtue of the subsequent development and the

suresh 15-25-WPG-1548.2019.doc order passed on 3-1-2019, Writ Petition No.2054 of 2013 of Mali Laxman Dharma, the first respondent in Writ Petition No.1548 of 2019, is rendered infructuous. Writ Petition No.2054 of 2013 is disposed of as such by keeping open all contentions. Needless to clarify that all consequential benefits arising out of the order dated 3-1-2019, which is a subsequent development, will enure to the benefit of Mr. Mali in the event that order is sustained and upheld by not accepting the challenge by the other employee Lata Haribhau Avtade, the petitioner in Writ Petition No.1548 of 2019.
