2] The reasons set out in the civil application are disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioners. However, there is no dispute that the applicant was a party before the Slum Tribunal though it is reported that the applicant had stated that he had never signed the proceedings.

3] Rather than go into this controversy, there would be no harm if the civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). It shall however be without prejudice to 1/2

4] Civil application is disposed of. Necessary amendment to be carried out forthwith.

5] Mr. Pravartak Pathak waives notice on behalf of the applicant in the main petition.
