No.225 of 2018 registered with Koregaon Park Police Station, Pune City, at the instance of one Prakash Bijlani, the intervenor herein, who is present before the court, on 17/10/2020, 'A' summary has been forwarded to Court No.3, JMFC, Shivaji Nagar, Pune. A letter to that effect has been addressed to learned A.P.P. on 30/10/2021 the same is taken on record.
