Learned Counsel for the applicant by the aforesaid Interim Application (IA), seeks to intervene in the aforesaid Criminal Application. Learned Counsel although admits that the applicant UDAY SHIVAJI SHIVAJI JAGTAP

18-475-2023-IA=.doc herein, has no locus standi in the aforesaid application filed by the applicants therein, states that in order to secure the ends of justice, the applicant should be permitted to intervene in the application. 2.

Considering the facts and record, once it is admitted that the applicant has no locus standi in the aforesaid Criminal Application, the question of entertaining the present Interim Application does not arise.

Admittedly, the applicant is neither a victim nor a complainant and, as such, is a complete stranger to the proceedings, which are pending before us.

Hence, the application is dismissed with costs of Rs.15,000/-. The applicant to deposit the said costs with the Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority, within two weeks from today. 5.

All the concerned to act upon the authenticated copy of this order.
