The learned counsel for the appellant submits that during the pendency of the appeal, the parties have settled their dispute amicably and are seeking composition of the offence in question. The Consent Terms signed by the parties are tendered in the court, taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. By questioning the parties, I have satisfied myself that dispute between them has indeed been settled.

As regards the office note/objection, the learned counsel for the appellant undertakes to pay the requisite Court Fee within a week.
