This Application is for condonation of delay of 298 days caused in filing Criminal Appeal. Applicant is in jail. He could not engage a lawyer privately. He therefore sent a request through jail. The Legal Services Authority is thereafter requested to engage a lawyer through legal aid and instructed him to file an Appeal challenging the judgment and order dated 17th January, 2023. Some time is taken in the above process. The Legal Aid Counsel was appointed on 7th August, 2018. He thereafter Manoj

For the reasons stated above, this Court finds that sufficient cause is made out to condone the delay. This Application therefore stands allowed.
