1) Learned A.P.P., on instructions from Police Inspector Shri Rahul Khatal attached to Malegaon Taluka Police Station, District Nashik submitted that, after completion of investigation of present crime, the police have submitted chargesheet in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Malegaon and the same has been numbered as RCC No. 251 of 2017. 2) In view thereof, the Petitioners are having alternate statutory remedy under the provisions of Criminal Procedure Code before the trial Court.
