Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the State.

This application is taken out for restoration of the Writ Petition No.3607 of 2013.

The said writ petition was placed for 'Orders' before the Registrar (Judicial-I) on 17.10.2013 and the applicant/petitioner Shivgan 1/2

917-APPW-76-2014.doc was directed to remove office objections within four weeks failing which the petition was to stand dismissed automatically. This order was not complied with by the applicant-petitioner and , therefore, the said writ petition stood dismissed.

The learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner makes a statement that she will remove office objections within a period of two weeks from today. Statement accepted. The learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner has also explained the delay occurred in filing this application. Explanation, in our view, is satisfactory. In the circumstances, we restore the Writ Petition No.3607 of 2013 on the file after condoning the delay occurred in filing this application. Application is, accordingly, allowed in terms of prayer clause ( a).
