We have perused the panchanama dated 24/02/2018 and the items mentioned therein. When we put the said facts to the notice of the learned counsel for the Petitioner Shri Rishi Bhuta, the learned counsel for the Petitioner Shri Rishi Bhuta sought withdrawal of the above Writ Petition. However, the officer who is present in Court, Shri Bhushan Devare, PSI, from the Oshiwara Police Station, states that some clothes of the daughters of the Petitioner are there in the house which is occupied by the Respondent No.3 herein. Upon this, the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent No.3 Shri Mohd. Yousuf Khan, on instructions of the Respondent No.3, states that whatever clothes are there in the house, the same would be handed over to lgc
