Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, the following order:

a) Hearing of First Appeal No.27 of 2017 is expedited.

b) Registry is directed to place First Appeal No.27 of 2014 for final hearing in weekly board as per its turn in list of expedited matters. c) Civil application stands disposed of accordingly.

d) No order as to costs.
