We have heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and respondent-State Election Commission.

In the facts, we are not inclined to interfere at this stage as the

2/2 904wp1670.17.sxw election process is already set in motion. The elections are under way. However, we observe that the petitioner is at liberty to resort to appropriate alternate remedy after election results are declared. Writ Petition stands rejected.
