Heard learned Counsel for applicant-Insurance Company. Perused application.

The learned Counsel for the applicant-Insurance Company submits that the applicant-Insurance Company is ready to deposit entire decretal amount with interest accrued thereon within a period of four weeks from today. He requested to grant stay to the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the M.A.C.T., Kolhapur in M.A.C.P. No. 156 of 2015. 4.

In view submission, there shall be stay to the execution and operation to the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the M.A.C.T., Kolhapur in M.A.C.P. No. 156 of 2015 subject to condition that the applicant-Insurance Company shall deposit the entire decretal amount with interest accrued thereon within a period of four weeks, failure to which 1/2

(502) CAF 2830-18.doc the stay granted shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to this Court and the respondents-original claimants are at liberty to execute the Award for recovery of compensation within the ambit of law.
