This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of bail.

The applicant came to be arrested in Crime No. 189 of 2021 registered at Shikrapur Police Station, Pune for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 409, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of Indian Penal Code. 3.

This Court on 16 March 2023 passed the following order: "1.

The learned Counsel for the applicant, on instructions, submits that the applicant without prejudice to his rights is willing to deposit amount of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs) within a period of one week from today. The applicant is permitted Dinesh Sherla 1 / 2

List the present application on 27 March 2023 at 2.30 p.m."

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that pursuant to the above order, the applicant has deposited an amount of Rs.3 lakhs. 5.

I have perused the order passed by this Court dated 19 October 2022 in Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application No.2587 of 2022. By the said order, this Court granted anticipatory bail to the co-accused Krushnaji Virole, who is main accused in the present crime. The applicant is in jail for more than one year. Considering these facts, I am inclined to release the applicant on bail. Hence, the following order is passed : (i) The Application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant be released on bail in Crime No. 189 of 2021 registered at Shikrapur Police Station, Pune for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 409, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of Indian Penal Code, on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.
