Perused the application made by the applicant from the prison. It appears that the applicant is facing trial in the court of Additional Sessions Judge, 29th Court, Mumbai for the offence punishable under section 307 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It further appears that the applicant is aggrieved by the delayed trial. It also appears that the trial is delayed because of the non-appearance of the witnesses. In my opinion, the learned Sessions Judge shall take care of the applicant's grievance and issue necessary directions in the matter to the Judge holding trial. Borey 1/2
