The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant made a limited prayer to expedite the trial pending before the trial Court. It appears from the record that on 28 March 2008 a process was issued against the accused and since then the trial is pending.

In view of this, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and to conclude it within a period of six months from today. 3.

The application is disposed of accordingly.

Needless to state that this Court has not examined the merits of the case and all contentions of all the parties on merits are left open.
