The Applicant has sought to withdraw the compensation deposited by the Appellant-Insurance Company. By the impugned judgment and award dated 28.01.2016 the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 have been awarded compensation of Rs.7,97,500/- each with proportionate cost and interest.

In view of the reasons stated in the Application, Respondent Nos.1 and 2 are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount awarded by the trial Court with proportionate interest. Application stands disposed of.
