This is an application for relaxation of condition imposed by this court by its order dated 30.11.2012. While releasing the applicant on bail by order dated 30.11.2012 the applicant was directed to report to the Investigating Officer at 11.00 a.m. on the first Monday of every calender month until further orders.

2) Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that since the date of the order the applicant is regularly attending the Investigating officer without fail. The Learned counsel drew my attention to the order passed in the case of co-accused wherein the said condition of attendance has been cancelled.

2 /2 APPP-138-2015 The said order dated 20.6.2014 is annexed at Page 25 to the present application. In view of the above, the condition requiring the applicant to report to the Investigating Officer on the first Monday of every calender month, is hereby cancelled with immediate effect.

3) Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
