Learned Counsel for the Petitioner does not press this petition and seeks leave to withdraw the same, as the hearing of the Suit is being expedited.

Accordingly, the hearing of the Suit i.e. Special Civil Suit No.747 of 2015, is expedited. It appears that the issues have been framed in the said case and the matter is posted for recording the cross-examination of the plaintiff's witness 3.

Considering that the trial has commenced, the learned Judge to conclude the said case, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within
