Ms. Sarnaik, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that without prejudice to rights and contentions of the petitioner, she has instructions of the petitioner who is present in Court today, to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioner to pursue the pending complaint. In the circumstances, I pass the following order:- (i) Writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn. (ii) The withdrawal of the petition shall not be construed as an expression of opinion on the merits of the complaint which will be decided in accordance with law.
