Heard. By this application, the Applicants are seeking direction to Respondent No.2 to re-investigate the case. They are also seeking order restraining Respondent No.2 from filing charge-sheet in C.R.No. 81 of 2013 registered against them. The present applicants are arraigned as accused in the said C.R. Accused cannot seek direction to reinvestigate the matter. This relief is sought after this Court accepted the statement made on behalf of Respondent No.2 [police] on 3rd February 2015 that police will file charge-sheet within two weeks. The application is devoid of merits which seems to be filed to delay the filing of charge-sheet. Hence, same is dismissed.
