The above Writ Petition has been filed taking exception to clause 4 of the directions contained in the letter dated 23/12/2016 issued by the District Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Nashik. The learned AGP Mrs.R.A. Salunkhe tenders a Corrigendum dated 29/09/2017 issued to the said letter dated 23/12/2016 by which, Corrigendum Clause (4) of Nesarikar

2 / 2 27-WP-1702-17.odt the said letter dated 23/12/2016, has been clarified to the extent that the Market Committee would be entitled to stop the vehicle only for the purpose of ascertaining whether market fee has been recovered in respect of the goods, which are sought to be brought in the market area. In view of the said Corrigendum dated 29/09/20174, the challenge raised in the above Petition has tuned infructuous. The learned counsel for the Petitioner fairly accepts the said position.

The Petition is accordingly disposed of as having turned infructuous. The Corrigendum dated 29/09/2017, which is running into three pages, is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.
