The grievance is after section 173(b) CrP.C., order investigation is not progressing at the desired speed. However, counsel for the petitioner fairly points out to this court that out of three suspects, statements of two have been recorded and police perhaps needs more time to record statement of third suspect. 2.
We are not recording any finding of fact in this respect. As the orders for further investigation are passed and the matter is pending before the Magistrate, investigating agency has to report the progress regularly to that court. We, therefore, direct respondents to submit reply to that court within two weeks from nilegaonkar 1/2
