The learned APP sate that, the Special Case No. 44 of 2018 in which the applicant is tried, under the provisions of POCSO Act has progressed and the statement of the victim has been recorded. She state that the trial shall be concluded within a period of 3 months from today.

Recording the said submission of the learned APP and reserving the liberty in application to renew the request if the trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period, application is disposed off.
