On the last date of hearing, I had asked the learned A.P.P. to get instructions from the Investigating Offcer, who is investigating C.R.No.119 of 2022, which is registered at the instance of the present Appellant No.1 and specifcally arraigned the Bhoirs as accused persons alongwith 30 to 50 unknown persons and Sections 504, 506, 427, 143, 147, 148, 149, 448, 379, 324, 323, 352 of the IPC are invoked. 2.

The learned A.P.P. on instructions, makes a statement that the investigation in the said C.R. as well as the present M.M.Salgaonkar

2/2 32 APEAL-131-23.odt C.R., in which the Appellants are facing the accusations under the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, is on the verge of completion and within a period of 15 days, the charge-sheets would be fled in both the CRs. He has instructions to make a statement that since the custodial interrogation is not necessary, the interim protection conferred upon the Appellants by the order dated 08/02/2023 be made absolute.

Accepting the aforesaid statement, Appeal stands allowed. The ad-interim protection granted by this Court on 08/02/2023 is confrmed.
