Peculiarly, this Civil application has been filed seeking condonation of delay in filing the writ petition. Admittedly, there is no period of limitation as specified under the Limitation Act, 1963 to file a writ petition. The delay in approaching the Court in a writ petition would always be considered by the Court on the facts and circumstances of the case as to whether the petitioner was diligent in pursuing a remedy and has approached the Court in a reasonable time. Civil Application for seeking condonation of delay is misconceived and is accordingly rejected.
