Rajeshri Aher 2/2 5 wp 2179 of 2018 common.doc 4th January 2023 that committee has to be constituted with the concurrence of the administrator who is the Lieutenant Governor of the Union Territory of Daman and Diu and that appointment has also to be rectified by the Union Government. Mr.Venegaonkar states that an outer limit of 12 weeks be provided for the completion of entire process of appointment of such committee and also for issuance of certificate to be issued to 11 petitioners.
In view of the statement made by Mr.Venegaonkar, which we accept as an undertaking to the Court, nothing remains in the Petition. Petition disposed. Liberty to apply. WRIT PETITION NO. 2179 of 2018 Mr.Venegaonkar states that reply has been filed. Mr.Mali states within two weeks rejoinder will be filed and copy served. WRIT PETITION NO. 2178 OF 2018 Mr.Venegaonkar states that reply will be filed and copy served within two weeks. Rejoinder, if any, within a week thereafter.
