The Civil Revision Application is dismissed as withdrawn. 3.

The applicant has a small child. I am informed that the respondent has put the eviction decree into execution. I will grant the applicant time to vacate provided there is an undertaking in writing submitted within one week from today. 21st November 2017

The applicant undertakes to vacate the premises by 31st December 2018. That undertaking is accepted as an undertaking to the Court. There will be no further extensions of time under any circumstances.
