The Petitioner has challenged the order dated 02/09/2019 passed by the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Zone VIII, externing him out of the area of Sahar and Andheri police station for a period of six months.

The record of this Petition does not show that any stay was granted to the externment order. Therefore, the period of externment is already over without any stay on the operation of the order.

The Petition therefore has become infructuous and hence is disposed of as such.
