The present application is received through jail. The prisoner-Rajesh Yashwant Ambre, presently housed in Mumbai Central Prison, has addressed a letter on 20/11/2020, seeking his release on bail by dealing with the accusations levelled against him in C.R.No.40 of 2018, wherein he is arrested and is incarcerated since 12/07/2018. 2.

The learned A.P.P. Mr.Gavand has placed on record an order dated 11/08/2022 passed by the learned Special Judge under MCOC for Greater Mumbai on an application fled in M.M.Salgaonkar

2/2 18 BA-835-21.doc MCOC Spl. Case No.17 of 2018 @ 08/2019, seeking his release on bail, when the application was rejected.

The order is taken on record and this is indicative of the fact that the applicant has chosen to approach the Special Court by fling the application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. and on consideration of the merits of the matter, including evaluation of all the documents compiled in the charge-sheet, his bail application is rejected.

In the wake of the subsequent event, the present application stands disposed off.
