Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. 2.

By this application, the applicant seeks modification of the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 6th January, 2015 in Bail Application No. 2675 of 2014, which reads thus : "4.

...... The applicant is directed to be released on bail in above said crime number on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) with one or two sureties to make up like amount......." SQ Pathan 1/2

Learned Counsel for the applicant states that despite the order having been passed on January 6, 2015, the applicant has not been able to furnish P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. The applicant comes from a poor strata of the Society. He therefore seeks modification of the said condition. 4.

Perused the application. For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed. The amount of P.R. Bond to be furnished is modified from Rs. 50,000/- to Rs. 15,000/-. Accordingly, the applicant is now directed to furnish P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

As far as rest of the conditions are concerned, the same shall continue.

The application is accordingly disposed of with the aforesaid modification.
