This Petition is disposed of vide order dated 09/08/2023 by making the Rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). However, before signing of the order it was noticed that the date of impugned order mentioned in prayer clause (a), is wrong. The impugned order is dated 15/01/2020. Leave to amend for that purpose is granted.

Amendment to be carried out forthwith. Consequently, the Rule made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) would be with reference to the amended prayer clause (a).

Learned counsel for the Petitioner undertakes to inform the other side about this amendment.
