The learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that Petitioner No.1 had complied with the order of School Tribunal and reinstated Respondent No.1. The sole Respondent No.1 has filed Contempt Application which is pending before the School Tribunal. The Petitioner can always agitate all defences available before the School Tribunal where the Contempt Petition is pending. Naturally, the School Tribunal will be required to consider defence raised by the Petitioner and plea of the Respondents and take decision accordingly.

In the light of that we dispose of the Writ Petition. No costs. 3.

It is made clear that we have not considered the case on merits and all contentions are kept open.
