Ms.Deepa Punde, learned Counsel for the Respondents states that on 14/12/2019 the consent terms were tendered in the Court duly signed by the parties as well as their respective Advocates. The Consent Terms are marked "A" for identification. 3.

The Consent Terms are signed by Dr.Deepa Bhosale, Deputy Collector, Land Acquisition, Metro Center No.3, Panvel. Dr.Deepa Bhosale is present in the Court and confirms the contents of the Consent Terms. Ms.Deepa Punde, learned Advocate confirms that the Consent Terms are signed by the Respondent-claimants and their Advocate Mr.Sachin Punde. She identifies respective signatures of the claimants.
