The applicants herein are apprehending their arrest in false case. As on today, no offence is registered against the applicants. It appears that the applicant Nos. 1 and 2 had eloped from their village and have voluntarily get married. Both the applicants have attained majority. The apprehension for seeking pre­arrest bail is unfounded as on today. Hence, the application stands disposed of without any orders.
