This Civil Application is for condonation of 136 days delay in filing the First Appeal.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out a case for the following order :

RNG 2/2 104.660 (i) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

"(a) that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to condone the delay of 136 days in filing the present first appeal."
