The learned counsel appearing for the Palthan Municipal Council has placed on record a copy of the letter dated 25th February, 2016. The letter records that the notices which are impugned in these petitions will be withdrawn and fresh notices will be issued. The learned counsel appearing for the

Notice period of not less than one month is required to be specified in such notices.
