By the present application, the order passed by the Sessions Court, cancelling the bail granted to the applicant by the learned Magistrate is challenged. By the impugned order, the applicant was directed to surrender before the learned Magistrate on or before 10/02/2021.

Vide order dated 12/02/2021, time to surrender as granted by the Sessions Court, came to be extended and the said order continues to remain in force till date. 4.

Since, now the charge-sheet is fled, the applicant shall approach the Sessions Court and take out an appropriate application for securing bail on merits. Till the application is decided, the protection granted by this Court shall continue to remain in force.

The application stands disposed off.
