Interim Application No.2369 of 2019 and CAO No.130 of 2018 are not on board, taken on board at the request of both parties. The said Civil Applications are for bringing on record the heirs of Original 1/2

34. FA.1966-2005.doc Respondent No.6 and Respondent No.1 respectively. By consent of parties, Interim Application No.2369 of 2019 and CAO No.130 of 2018 are allowed. Amendment to be carried out within 15 days from today.

Ms.Deepa Punde, learned Counsel for the Respondents states that on 14/12/2019 the consent terms were tendered in the Court duly signed by the parties as well as their respective Advocates. The Consent Terms are marked "A" for identification. 4.

The Consent Terms are signed by Dr.Deepa Bhosale, Deputy Collector, Land Acquisition, Metro Center No.3, Panvel. Dr.Deepa Bhosale is present in the Court and confirms the contents of the Consent Terms. Ms.Deepa Punde, learned Advocate confirms that the Consent Terms are signed by the Respondent-claimants and their Advocate Mr.Sachin Punde. She identifies respective signatures of the claimants.

Appeal is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms. 6.

In view of the disposal of the Appeal, Civil Applications, if any, and Cross Objections are disposed of.
