Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The dispute is within the family members. The second suit has already been filed which covers the properties involved in the present appeal. In the circumstances, no prejudice will be caused to the Respondents if the order impugned in the appeal is stayed. Accordingly, the civil application is disposed of in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).
