Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner at the outset seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to apply to Inspector General of Prisons, Pune for the Petitioner's transfer from Nasik Road Central Prison to Harsul Central Prison, Aurangabad. Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted. Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is dismissed as such.

In the event the Petitioner makes such an application within two weeks from today, the Inspector General of Prisons shall decide the same as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within the period of four weeks from the date of filing of the same. 3.

This Court has not gone into merits of the matter and all points and contentions are kept open.
