Mr. Abhijit Mandhare, learned counsel for the Applicants states that during the pendency of this Application, charge sheet has been filed and that he wishes to file fresh Application before the Trial Court. He, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the Application with liberty to file fresh Application before the Trial Court. Leave with liberty is granted. Bail Application stands dismissed as withdrawn. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the matter. Fresh Application, if filed before the trial Court shall be decided on its own merits.
