3 By this Civil Application, Applicant is seeking condonation of 79 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the judgment and decree dated 07/10/2014 passed by the Bombay City Civil Court, Bombay in S. C.

Suit No. 9624/1990.

4 Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Applicant and averments made in Civil Application, I am Laxmi 1/2

5 Hence, the following order is passed:

a. Delay in filing First Appeal, is condoned. b. Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.

c. No order as to costs.
