The learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that in similar facts this Court has disposed of Writ Petition No.2353 of 2020 ( Sangeeta Chandrashekhar Brid Vs. CKP Co-operative Bank Ltd & Ors) decided on 06/12/2023 by permitting the said Petitioners to avail statutory remedies under provisions of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. In view of the aforesaid order dated 06/12/2023 passed in the said Writ Petition, this Writ Petition is also disposed of by permitting the Petitioners to avail statutory remedies as available in accordance with law. 2.

All points raised on merits are kept open. Writ Petition is disposed of.
