Applicant was granted bail by this Court vide order dated 21st December, 2018. The applicant was permitted to furnish cash security in the sum of Rs.20,000/­ for a period of six weeks to enable the applicant to furnish the surety bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/­ with one or more sureties in the like amount. Learned advocate for the applicant submits that applicant could not make arrangement for surety on account of several circumstances. It is therefore prayed that the facility of cash security granted by this Court be extended for a period of eight weeks.

Considering the submissions the facility of cash granted by this Court vide order dated 21st December, 2018 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.2571 of 2018 is extended by a period of six weeks to enable the applicant to furnish surety in accordance with the said order.
